Made For Mermaids Baby Sommer Release

It is another fabulous pattern release day over at Made for Mermaids!! This time Catherine has designed an absolutely adorable set of patterns that are perfect for summer, appropriately named Sommer ;) It comes in 3 versions - Mama, Girls, and Baby. tested all three versions, so I decided to break this blog post up into 3 different posts, or this blog post would easily become a novel.

So, beginning with Baby Sommer! It is available in sizes Newborn to 18-24 months, and has both empire and natural waist options, top and dress length, double or single straps, neckline AND bodice ruffles, romper and bloomer options. Whew! Basically it has allllllll the options you could ever want ;) While my "baby" fits into the baby sizes since she's so petite, I texted some friends and asked them if I could use their babies as models, so I could show off some actual babies in the baby sizes.

First is a single strap, natural waist romper. Isn't this baby so adorable?! She just wanted to crawl everywhere, so she made me work for these pictures.

I also did an empire bodice, top length dress with double straps, paired with the Bonny Shorties for another sweet baby. Let me tell you, this girl is probably the happiest baby I have ever met in my entire life. I don't think I've ever seen her crying, and she is ALWAYS smiling.

Seriously, that smile!!!

I saved the best for last. This is my absolute favorite version I made of Baby Sommer. It was a pre-tester version, so it is just slightly different from the final version, but I still had to get some pictures of it. This is the double strap romper with the natural waist bodice.

This picture just makes me squeal from all the cuteness!
